O'Melveny has an immediate opening for a Records Managerto be basedin one of our West Coast offices. The Records team oversees all aspects of Records management at O’Melveny and Myers. The Manager will work closely with the attorneys and staff in one of two regions to provide the support and training needed and serve as a champion for the firm’s Information Governance (IG) efforts. The Manager will also help our Records staff continue their professional growth and knowledge of sound IG practices. We partner with every department across the firm, particularly the General Counsel and IT, to protect our clients and manage risk through the development and implementation of appropriate policies and procedures. The Manager is a key leader within the Records team with excellent communication and relationship building skills for interactions with these cross functional stakeholders.
